Where is My Order?
We want to keep you informed about your order. Our standard processing time is **7-10 business days**. Since all of our products are handmade and stitched, this timeframe ensures that we deliver a high-quality item that you will love. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping & Returns?
We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. Every order comes with tracking, and you will receive your tracking information via email within **7-10 business days** once your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that shipping times, such as first class or priority, start only after processing.
Once your order is shipped, Mind Elevation is not responsible for any loss or damage. If your package does not arrive or is delayed, we cannot assume responsibility, as we do not control the postal service once the package is handed over. In these instances, simply contact your local postal service with your tracking number (USPS for U.S. customers or your local service for international customers). Please note, we cannot issue refunds or resend orders in these cases.
Typically, orders ship within **7-10 business days** after being placed and are usually delivered within **5 business days** once shipped. Our shipments do not go out on Sundays or holidays. While we strive to deliver on time, please understand that delays caused by bad weather or other unexpected issues are beyond our control. You will be charged only for the items we ship, along with any applicable shipping and tax fees.
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with a clothing item, we’d be happy to provide you with store credit that can be used for your next order, provided you return the item in accordance with our policy.
Our return policy is effective for **14 days** from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please ensure that items are shipped back to us within this **14-day** window. It is essential that all returned items remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items that do not meet these specific criteria, as we prioritize the quality of our products.
To protect yourself from potential loss during transit, we strongly recommend using registered mail or a similar secure shipping method for all return shipments. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Once you complete your order—whether it is placed online or in-person—it becomes final, and we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation, regardless of the status of shipping. However, if you wish to exchange items for others of equal value or receive store credit, we are happy to accommodate that request. Thank you for understanding our policies.
